Independent Contractors
Guests acknowledge that all shore excursions are operated by independent third-party providers, with Roatán Lifestyle Tours serving solely as a facilitator for these experiences. Roatán Lifestyle Tours does not own, operate, or supervise these independent contractors, nor does it control the means of transportation or any services provided in connection with the excursions.
The operators of these excursions act as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Roatán Lifestyle Tours. As such, Roatán Lifestyle Tours assumes no responsibility for their operations, equipment, facilities, or safety measures. Guests agree that participation in these excursions is at their own risk, and Roatán Lifestyle Tours makes no express or implied warranties regarding their suitability, safety, or performance.
Furthermore, Roatán Lifestyle Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delays, or additional costs incurred during or as a result of participating in these excursions, including but not limited to those arising from accidents, negligence, unforeseen circumstances, or exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19. Participation may also be subject to the individual terms and conditions set forth by the independent shore excursion operators.
By booking an excursion, Guests release Roatán Lifestyle Tours from all liability and agree to hold it harmless from any claims relating to injury, illness, loss, or damages incurred during the excursion.
Venue and Governing Law
Any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from these Terms and Conditions, or from services provided by independent shore excursion operators, shall be resolved exclusively in a court of general jurisdiction located in the region where the independent operator’s principal office is based. The governing law shall be that of the designated jurisdiction, excluding the laws of any other country, state, or province, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Weather-Related Cancellations
A full refund will be provided if an excursion is canceled due to weather conditions that prevent the ship from docking. In the event an activity is canceled due to weather, Guests will be offered an alternative of equal or greater value whenever possible.
Cancellations by Roatán Lifestyle Tours
Roatán Lifestyle Tours reserves the right to cancel any excursion due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Guests will receive a full refund, including for cancellations due to ship delays or an inability to dock at the scheduled port.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the scheduled excursion date.
Guest Cancellations & No-Shows
Excursion purchases are fully refundable up to 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
Within 15 days of the tour date, all excursion purchases become non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the excursion description.
No refunds will be issued for Guests who fail to arrive on time, leave the excursion early, or choose not to participate due to weather conditions.
Guests who elect to leave the designated tour transportation must arrange their own return transportation at their own expense.
Excursion Modifications
Roatán Lifestyle Tours reserves the right to modify excursions, adjust the sequence of activities, or omit specific components for the safety and best interest of Guests. Independent excursion operators may also decline services to any Guest at their discretion.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including but not limited to cameras, bags, and valuables. Roatán Lifestyle Tours is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the excursion.
Pricing & Booking Policies
All excursion prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. However, Roatán Lifestyle Tours will honor the price at the time of booking, even if rates change before departure.
Excursion descriptions outline all included features, which may vary (e.g., transportation, guide services, meals, and entrance fees).
The Roatán Lifestyle Tours website and affiliated platforms are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any fraudulent, speculative, or automated booking requests are strictly prohibited.
